Behavioral consultation for residential facilities to improve quality of life and staff support for individuals with complex behaviors. Monthly behavioral support and consultation for residential and community care programs. Assessment and review of Behavior Support Plans, FBAs, Annual ISPs, and Quarterlies. Staff development through in-person or virtual training and competency assessments. Ongoing data analysis to guide decisions.
